Our Story
I am MaryEllen Wical, follower of Jesus, long arm quilter, formerly career firefighter. I am a wife and homemaker.
I began quilting many years ago with a desire to make a quilt just as my Great Grandma made. I found a local quilt shop that offered classes, hand pieced and quilted my first quilt, quickly realizing that if sewing machines and modern technology had been available to my Great Grandma she probably would have taken advantage of it.
Located in South Central PA, my primary business is longarm quilting and speciality quilts.
Long arm quilting services is a term used to describe the sewing machine used in the quilting process as well as the process used to sew together your quilt top, batting and backing. I do all of the machine quilting myself using a state of the art Gammill Statler Stitcher professional long arm quilting machine. I offer computerized edge to edge design as well as custom quilting, t shirt quilts and special occasion quilts.
Custom Orders
I would love to work with you to either assist you in completing your project with longarm or custom quilting or creating a one of a kind memory, t shirt, or special occasion quilt
Machines and Materials
We use quality materials, quilt shop quality fabrics, Quilter's Dream , and Hobbs brands of batting.
